« Check in was very easy. Andrea was very kind helpful and knowledgeable. Parking was 5 min walk. Location was fantastic. We were able to do laundry and use the kitchen for some refreshments. Air con was very good and needed during the heat wave. Bed was comfortable and shower was exceptionally. Definitely will stay again. Highly recommend. Can’t say enough about Andrea he is a 10 out of 10. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. »

« It took 30 min to meet the host at the property. The unit is on a upper floor. The elevator is ancient, and could barely fit one person and luggage. The worst part was the A/C was not working. They told me someone would be there from approx 9-10pm local time. I left, came back after 10pm local time and the A/C was still broken. Went to sleep sweating and woke up sweating. Local temp was around 80 degrees Fahrenheit. I reached out to the The Couper Milano Team to complain the following...

« The previous tenant smoked in the apartment and it smelled terrible. There was no blanket, only a top sheet. The QR code that was supposed to lead me to instructions did not work. I tried contacting the property management company through email every day, no response at all. I left two days early. I still have not heard from the management company. JOIVY is a JOKE. »
