« The only problem is when we took grab, the driver dropped us at the front entrance of the building and the security guard can’t help us to tell where we can talk to the receptionist. We didn’t know that the entrance is across the street by the mall. It is much better if they will put sign at the main building to give instructions to all guests how to get in the building. »

It is just a bit confused at the beginning that Casa Del Rio is a hotel, but Casa Del Rio Residence is another building located next to the hotel, with no reception - so please do read the check-in instruction sent via WhatsApp carefully, as there's no reception available to help you to check-in/out. »
