Hotel in decay it is sad cause we know the place very well, we have been there for over 10 years. Pool was closed with mold smell since they installed rubber floors around the pool. The breakfast area was dirty during the meals, the personal were talking in the back store instead of doing their job. Same pattern for the 3 days we were there.

We had chosen this hotel for its reputation, its location and, most importantly, for its indoor pool for children, but when we arrived, a sign announced that the pool was closed for an undetermined period of time. There was no mention of this on the hotel's website, but given the wear and tear on the sign, it had been there for a long time. Another inconvenience was the total lack of air-conditioning in the lobby, corridors and common room (where breakfast was served), so it was perhaps 88-90’F inside. Otherwise, the room was flawless, very nice, good mattress, etc. If it hadn't been for the absence of a pool and the unbearable temperature in the common areas, this could almost have been a 5/5! * * * Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa réputation, son emplacement et surtout pour la présence d’une piscine intérieure pour les enfants, mais en arrivant sur place une affiche nous annonce que la piscine est fermée pour une durée indéterminée alors qu’aucune mention n’est faite sur le site web de l’hôtel nous permettant de le savoir, mais vu l’usure de ladite affiche, elle était là depuis longtemps. Autre désagrément; absence totale de climatisation dans le lobby, les corridors et la salle commune (où était servis le déjeuner) alors il faisait peut-être 30-32’C à l’intérieur. Sinon la chambre était impeccable, très jolie, bon matelas, etc. Si ce n’était de l’absence de la piscine et de la température insupportable dans les aires communes, ce aurait presque pu être un 5/5!

Love this hotel. Just stayed there for the 3rd time. Everything about it is great. Only complaint was that our room was never made up in the 3 nights we stayed there. Only the garbage was removed from the trashcan. Very strange. Did not leave a tip. Sorry but will always stay there when we travel to NH.

Having a function room across from sleeping rooms on the second floor was very loud, and when people left the function after 10:00pm they were used very loud voices. Our room was fine, but the noise level was far from pleasant. We probably will not visit this Best Western again.

Pros: lots of space. The property was so big we didn’t realize how many people were actually there until breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was decent. Not a lot of variety from day to day, but you knew what to expect. Toiletries were nice. The employees work really hard to help guests. Cons: the pool was closed and we were not aware of it. The light switches weren’t connected to lights and we had to hunt for them. Walking the hallways/staircases you could see food accrue daily. The television took awhile to figure out, and the door handle on one of our rooms came off when you tried to open the door. Safety hazard for sure.

Value was acceptable. Altho Lyft is used in lieu of utiliizing the shuttle van in the parking lot, my lyft to airport at 5AM this morning, was not called. The receptionist made a call at 5AM after discovery that a car and driver never got scheduled. Did not become an issue because I plan to always be early. Some people don't plan like i do and could have been a problem.

Room 125.....everything was great ....except....fix the freaking lock on it and half the time the door wouldnt close behind u leaving it unlocked for anyone to walk in....
