No real complaints except for the process of the key fobs as it took some time to figure it out. But other than that I would definitely stay again now that I am familiar of the process. She did answer right away to my call, explained their process (there is a form that must be signed prior to getting the code), and text me the instructions. Once we were in it was easy peazy. „This apartment worked out great for our purposes in LA. It was close to UCLA and Westwood. The fact that it was two bedrooms and had a cute kitchen, really helped us spread out and feel comfortable while there. Also, very thankful for the parking spot in the back of apartment vs street parking. The apartment was a little difficult to find, so it could be better marked, and the stairs were a little old and scary, but there's not much you could do about that.
