« The apartment has front view to the Marina which is great. The parking is inside and very convenient. The instructions at arrival were very clear and the access was easy. The bed was super comfortable. We couldn’t find the gym if it has one. The drying machine didn’t work. The AC are portable (not central). Beautiful neighborhood. Overall very reasonable for the price. »

The minor issues were: the bathtub drain stopper got stuck in the closed position; we were told not to use the garbage disposal; the front door handle was loose and caused a temporary lockout, the dishwasher was not anchored properly; there was a missing slap in the vertical blinds;and while there was adequate silverware, there were no serving utensils. »

There is a hotel cafe and hotel restaurant within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The only negative was the broken balcony screen door.
