« Terrible hotel. I booked for two days then added another day. I was moved around 3 times as apparently they have multiple buildings. No elevators. No WIFI information. No help. »

« Propreté,belle accueil,proximité du centre »

« Nice communication Nice location, easy to access (super clear explanations) The appartement had a lack of light I had a drainage problem in the shower »

« The hotel is well located with short walls to the Duomo and shopping areas. The location is secure though there are no staff available at night. The entry procedure was explained well and we had no trouble accessing our room. Minor concern is that a street trolley regularly traverses the Piazza and is quite audible even up on the seventh floor. The hotel does provide ear plugs which is a nice touch. Bathroom was clean and well appointed »

« Bien placé et sécurisé à prix abordable. Literie Ok mais propreté vraiment limite. Manquait les serviettes notamment à notre arrivée. »

« Located in Milan’s China town All amenities present and generous free snacks in room. »

« Good quality of Samsung TV system and shower booth together with new furniture. On site parking is not available but nearby parking lot is easy to use. Somewhat difficult to find the entrance and lift. It will be better to put a sign to indicate the access towards reception desk. It is recommended to arrange breakfast with corporations of restaurants. »
