The convenience to all things, shopping, attractions, etc. Also having a large suite accommodated 4 adults perfectly. Customer service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious.
The least liked was having two hotels that are advertised as being in Times Square. Of course we went to the wrong one and had to walk with nine pieces of luggage to the correct Riu. We were told this happens frequently. Riu needs to be better distinguished when booking. Also, more ports for plugging in electronic devices (phones, watches, etc.).
