✓ Close By Parks and Walkable Neighborhood: Soak up the peaceful sounds of nature in Washington Square Park or walk to one of the local favorite restaurants in the area.
✓ Free Parking: You’ll have off-street parking available on the premises to safely park your vehicle. There is enough spots for 1 car on the parking pad in the back. Please use street parking for any other cars.

pamper yourself and end your day like a royalty with a refreshing shower in the newly renovated bathroom equipped with all the necessary toiletries:

• Towels, Washcloths, and hand towels (even makeup removal wipes)

• Charcoal Grill is available (shared among all building guests)
• Fire pit/table located between the chairs on the front porch (propane is NOT provided by us - feel free to exchange the tank if needed and enjoy)

• There is a large historic front porch (which is shared by all the guests of the house).

We do allow pets at this location, but because of the historic nature of this property we'd ask if you’d contact us about specific pet requests you might have.
