„As a female solo traveler, I had a wonderful and highly comfortable stay at Empress Select Apartments. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and Tim was exceptionally helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately made me feel safe and at ease. The location is convenient and accessible for everyone. Whether you have a car, ride a scooter, or are traveling with an elderly parent, everything you need is within easy reach. The tram system is excellent for getting around. A huge ...

„Its a new place nice chaps running it very helpful they have more than one place so good luck to them I will use there services again“

„Good location and a fridge and microwave in room. Bathroom was modern as was room and furnishings. Unfortunately no milks or coffees provided. The mugs were not particularly clean. The shower gel needed to be refilled. Small things but a bit of a pain! Hence the lower score.“

„Sehr freundlicher Aufenhalt.

„We had a standard double but room tiny and hot . Bed not comfortable and pillows hard“

„Room was dirty lots of holes in the ceiling where lights have been ceiling stained with water marks corner where fridge was mouse box next to it corner filed with foam to fill holes. shower pressure non existent horrible brown tatty curtain over cubicle It is one of the worse rooms I have stayed in lucky it was 1 night because I would not have stayed another🙈“

„My staff took 2 individuals they support for a few nighrs, they had the best time. Thank you for giving them an amazing stay.“

„Very poor standard hotel very very dated but staff are very good and helpful“

„2 rooms booked for 1 night. One room wasn't cleaned so we were given another. The other room had lingering damp smell. Room needed updating. Everything was very old. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.“
