« Lovely, friendly hotel. Entertainment is spot on. Breakfast is fab, evening meal ok. Would have preferred AI but did not have the option when I booked. My 2 year old grandson loved the kids club. Rooms a bit dated but absolutely fine. Will definitely return soon »

"No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it. "
