„ I visit Folly at least once/year and this is the MOST convenient spot I have stayed. One block away from public beach access, Bert’s Market, great food like Chico Feo, and all of Center Street! There is even a Starbucks in a hotel right across the street. You could bring nothing but a bathing suit and a beach chair and stay here comfortably for days. „My husband and I stay at POC every year, this was our first time staying in this unit and it was just like the listing showed and described. Perfect location for the beach and pool, lovely views from the roof and the screened porch. Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure. Could use a dusting, but was clean. May want to bring something to make the tv smart capable. Will be back in future, highly recommend! “

„I rented this condo with 3 friends for a retirement celebration trip. The property was clean and exactly as described. It came with a starter kit of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc., which was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the furniture on the balcony was great, a high top table with chairs for an unobstructed view of the sea. „Den Preis, den wir fuer die 4 Naechte zahlen mussten, war ueberteuert in Bezug auf den baulichen Zustand des Appartments. Die Kuechenausstattung war ok, Betten waren gut und Badausstattungen waren auch ok. Kommoden gingen nicht zu oeffnen, Stuehle waren kaputt. Alles in allem nur ein ok.“

„Check in process was easy! The stay was great and the location was perfect with easy access to the beach. All though the dryer was down while we were there, management insisted on giving us a gift card to a local restaurant for our troubles. Over all very pleased and if we return to folly we would rent again! “

„Visited the Blu Palm to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We have stayed in Wild Dunes on previous visits to IOP; however, this was the cleanest and most well appointed property to date. Morgan was excellent in her correspondence and response times prior to our visit which made everything seamless. Would definitely visit again should we come back.“
