« This hotel is AMAZING its right next to the Foley beach volleyball courts and soccer fields and literally 10 miles from Gulf Shores. Staff is so friendly Anthony deserves a raise him and Kris are so efficient, helpful and just nice. The hotel has a pool and a great outdoor patio seating area. The breakfast is basic but good. Coffee and water anytime. I think they mop and clean every hour. So clean and just a great place to stay! »

« I asked to sweep my my room because I feel it was a little bit dirty. The floors was dirt. I asked them if they could sweep only. They say I just have one day there. They cannot do nothing so they just gave me a broom. So I can sweep my own room »

« The stay was at best mediocre. We had to beg for towels from housekeeping and the front desk. Breakfast was terrible. Front desk seemed like she was being bothered. »

« The staff was excellent considering they had no records of my already paid for reservation. Took extra time getting checked in due to this. Thankfully, they were able to get us another room. Our suite had miscellaneous tiny holes in the bathroom and one behind the door in the bedroom. Kind of strange, but it did not appear to having anything inside of the holes. Shower took a while to warm up on the fourth floor. The couch and chairs were hard as rocks, however the beds were comfortable. For...

« Front desk needs training with their customer service skills. Claimed they knew nothing and offered no assistance. Room very basic...nowhere near the cost of the room. »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »
