The set up is great for a large family or 2 families wanting separate sleeping space. Well maintained and smoke free. The Master bedroom has its own ensuite bath and has its own small private deck. Two large guest bedrooms upstairs with a full hall bath in the middle. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom upstairs has 2 double beds. Washer and dryer are in the home for your use. With amenities like central air and heating, WiFi, Smart TV's and games in the living room, guests can relax and unwind. Private parking off of the street. The location is fantastic! Only a block from the beach. On one of the few streets that do not have an obstructed view. Walk right on the beach!
