„Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. “

„Just wasn't to our liking. Rooms were clean and in good repair. Staff was very nice and curteous. Breakfast in the Ash Bar was great. It's a very old and dark hotel. Room was very dark and small. Card key was deactivated before checkout. Had to go back downstairs to get it reactivated. At least two others had the same issue. “

„I had a water leak in the bathroom it was cared for it greatly, special thanks to Antonio (i hope i got the name right) I was slightly freaking out, out of fear and he was very patient, calming me down and helping me to get to another room. The Rooms as well everything else was very clean and the harbor is just beautiful, i would come back every time again.“

„Don’t come here during baseball season/football season/anytime there’s an event at either stadium!!! I checked with the hotel about the availability of on site parking or if I needed to find parking somewhere else. I was assured by the hotel that they had parking on site and I didn’t need to make other arrangements. Published rate on their website is $35 a night for a guest. Got there to check in and there was an event going on at the stadium. The parking lot was full because they were upselling ...
