I had asked a couple questions in a text after arriving. One was that we needed another parking pass as requested on the agreement. Was told one would be dropped off, that didn't happen. In the same text, I asked if there was a trick to opening the bedroom slider door, wasn't even addressed. Last but not least....we had been locked out, the battery in the door died. Overall time spent outside the door waiting was over 2 hours. The property manager comes all bubbly, not what you want after a few hours on the hot beach. I mentioned about compensation, she said "well, I can give you $100 back". I said that's all?, her response was, "well, things happen". I had to walk away. I haven't heard a word, haven't received anything & left there on 8/19.
