« My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasnât cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot.
One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time.
The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...

« J'avais fait une rĂ©servation Ă Holiday Inn Express Richmond Downtown et je me suis retrouvĂ©e avec une rĂ©servation Ă Holiday Inn Express Richmond Airport. Je ne l'ai pas vu suffisamment Ă temps pour obtenir la mĂȘme chambre Ă Downtown. Aussi, j'ai perdu du temps Ă prendre chaque jour avec le taxi pour me rendre Ă Downtown pour assister Ă ma confĂ©rence.
J'ai été déçu de cette erreur . »

« Les grandes chambres sont silencieux malgré la proximité de l'aéroport, donc un excellent hotel pour acceder l'aeroport de Richmond, Virginia qui est à 5 minutes (en voiturel). En plus, deux grands lits confortables nous a permis de séjourner à 3 pour un prix trÚs raisonable. »

« Experience at check-in was excellent. Front desk greeter answered all my questions immediately and accurately. Room was clean and ready. My only issue was the A/C temperature fluctuations. Airport shuttle was punctual on-the-dot. Will definitely stay again in the future. »
