« Host was very responsive to questions. Unit was clean and spacious enough for two. Very clean and close to Iona University where we were visiting!! Cute! I would recommend it and stay again if needed. »

« We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

« We spent about 1 week at the Victorian Blue with family, including several children. All of the essentials were available, and the rooms/bathrooms were thoughtfully equipped. Monica was readily available and checked in on us during the stay to make sure there were no issues. »
