Je les ai appelés à 15h15 pour leurs dire que ce n'était pas propre il ont fait mine de ne pas savoir de quel appartement il s’agissait. Nous avons dus refaire le ménage. Déco 90's d'origine. Revoir les chauffages qui font un bourdonnement toutes la nuit. »

« We could not have asked for a more centrally located place to call home! It was very private and quiet and yet just outside the door and up the stairs were the most vibrant places in Utrecht. Bert was an amazing host, meeting us upon our arrival to show us around and checked in with us (via email) halfway through our stay.
