« Interior is great, clean, and well kept, beds are very comfortable, and it was pretty easy to have 6 guests in there as long as you have people comfortable sharing queen beds. Host was very responsive and didn't have a laundry list of check in/check out things for us to do. Its a great place to stay with friends for a trip to New Orleans. Only things to be wary of: right on the cusp of an unsafe area of New Orleans, so be careful being out after dark. Also, downstairs neighbors were not...

« Indeed, it is without hesitation that we would rent in the same place. We had the chance to chat with the owner, and he took great care of us. If something was missing from the house, we just had to let it know. Which, in fact, was not really the case. I also liked the location for the proximity to the tram. »

« No issues. The people upstairs were a little loud later in the night but we were up. The 2 beds are advertised as doubles but they are twin size. Still works for us but just for reference. Comfortable for 5 people overnight. »
