« This was my first time staying in Philadelphia, so I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. Everything was perfect, the host took care of everything and was really nice. She also made sure we had parking in front of the property. The photos do not show just how nice this place actually is, and It is so cozy and homey. We would definitely stay here again. »

The place is 100 years old at least but the interior has been remodeled and is modern in all areas with central heat, AC, a very modern kitchen, combo washer/dryer and all sorts of amenities. « The house was adorable in a quiet neighborhood just outside Kennett Square. We stayed for a lacrosse tournament and we were only 5 min from the fields and 5 minutes from many dining options. The house was well stocked with what we needed to cook while we stayed and the rooms were comfortable. We had two families and had plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again! »

« The location was awesome, neighborhood was safe and quiet, and everything from the college campus to Philly airport and sites were only a 10-20 minute drive. The house has so much character with original stained glass and built ins. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs provided ample space for everyone to be cozy and shower in a timely manner. The only two downsides were: 1. The driveway, which has tons of space for parking once you get up to the house, but the hedges are over grown on one side...
