« Très agréable ! Personnel serviable même si ne connaît pas forcément les attractions à voir au centre de Chicago. Un peu déçu par la distance avec le centre commercial car je n avais pas de véhicule et c est un peu dangereux avec la circulation à pied avec la neige »

« The staff was very nice. The general condition of the property screams of poor maintenance. Torn curtains patched with duct tape, worn carpet and nonfunctional equipment. Even the exterior has rotted out boards. Crazy disappointment for a MARRIOTT property. Don’t pay your good money on this property. »

« Dreadful hotel. Might have been renovated in 1985. Ugly colors, depressing. Only one person at the front desk was pleasant (tall, thin guy). Stains in tub, elevator interior was chipped and in disrepair, bathroom had 2 Kleenex left in the box when I arrived. (But were replaced when I asked.) Bathroom lighting is horrible. This was the only hotel available in the area I needed. Never again. »

« Excellent room, dining was very nice (great apply, walnut and beet salad at the restaurant and great beer options), nice and attentive staff. Could grab a water downstairs at any time and the options to find a space to hang with a colleague to chat were ample. »
