« Très bel hôtel…..personnel vraiment compétent et serviable… »

« The staff was very kind. The room doesn’t have carpet however there was a lot of hair on the floor and in the tub. I think it’s great they have an area for people to hangout and bbq. However we were there on business and needed to rest… doesn’t make sense to have that outside of someone’s room. Again, really appreciate the staff being so kind. »

« When we arrive, they couldn’t find the second room I booked and then I asked the book another room. They told me the must book for two days consecutive or they wouldn’t book it for us. After deciding we share a room with the four of us they call back we could have another room for an extra $60 American. I thought I called expedia.ca for help useless finally I rechecked my emails and found both of the rooms out. No apology. »
