„Physical staff not available. You have to speak with them over a computer and the Internet lags so it's an aggravating process. I spoke to 3 different staff members just to get checked in and then again to get room keys fixed because after 1 night our room keys didn't work anymore. Also, bare minimum amenities left in room for guest so if you find yourself staying here make sure you bring your own everything. Towels too because good look getting anyone to bring extras. “

„Too expensive for the little space, no stove and no river water (poor scenic appearance). Took hours to cool down. The place needs a bigger AC or should be turned on in the morning of check-in. Plenty of cheaper hotels closer to restaurants.“

„When I got the message from the owner he had stated that there was a sugar ant problem there and not to have food around inside the home we did not have any food of any sort in my buddy who stayed in the back bedrooms saw ants in the beginning in the bathroom went to go get breakfast and came back and ants were all infested in his bedroom in the bathroom and all in the bed we did not have any sort of food at all. I think these kind people will need to invest in exterminator for this place“
