« We did not have a good experience here. To start we were double charged for our room (unfortunately almost everyone in our group was). Our room was not very clean, we noticed the floor was wet when we first came up and we chalked it up to the room just being cleaned but the next morning the floor was still wet and then we were done the entire day and came back and the floor was still wet. It was like humidity or something in the room and honestly you could smell it. I went down to get a new room...

« Staff was friendly and helpful. My room had trouble cooling but it was very hot out and understandable. My door wouldn’t shut tight unless pulled very hard and body wash was empty upon arrival. Otherwise the breakfast and 24/7 coffee was wonderful and I loved the seating area in the lobby to meet one on one for my work travels. »

« Quiet, clean, friendly ownership, reasonably priced. Just need a TV guide, the cable is slow, and no way to determine what channels are available. Front desk is also unable to help. »

« I did not like the fact that I could not get a refund or even a partial refund. We were coming from the Tulsa, Ok. area but, could not make it due to circumstances beyond our control out on the road that put us way behind ( weather, primarily TWO wrecks that brought traffic to a standstill for long periods of time ). »

« Un petit déjeuner horrible. Pas de jus de fruit, beurre pas mis au frais et coupé dans un ramequin en plastique. Café inbuvable. Pas de yaourt pas de confiture. Personnel très désagréable qui se moque de nous ouvertement. On a dû aller manger ailleurs »

« I rated it all as excellent. It was an excellent price point, staff, grounds and hotel was in great shape. I mean come on it was a free buffet of the normal hotel breakfast. It wasn't excellent but it got us through until lunch. No complaints would definitely stay again. »

« Airport shuttle stopped 5 minutes before I got there and I had to Uber… I chose this hotel for the shuttle. The neighborhood was a little sketch but the staff was very nice. »
