« We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Casso! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful. It has a fun boutique vibe with stylish décor, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown...

« The check-in was easy and courteous. We were given a free breakfast for one day. Great meal with ample portions. Parking was free on Saturday and Sunday across the street in a parking garage, but would be pricey for non-weekend stays. Some of the furnishings in the room need upgrading. »

« There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete...
