„Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr sehr unpersönlich. Kein Blickkontakt, kein Lächeln, kein freundliches Wort. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und die Einrichtung abgewohnt, die Klimaanlage und der Haarfön waren defekt. In dem Zimmer war es sehr sehr kalt und man konnte wegen der kaputten Klimaanlage nicht heizen. In diesem eiskalten Zimmer konnten wir nicht bleiben bzw.. übernachten. Deshalb haben wir reklamiert. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat seinen Manager angerufen, welcher uns ausrichten ließ, ...

„A very good trip. It is still within walking distance of keystone, especially Peru express lift, but a little far. Hot tub was hot, parking was a dream. Close to the Goat. Tons of extra TP, towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap. Not a ton of shampoo and conditioner, but we brought our own. Big space considering it’s a condo at a ski resort. Very happy with it. “
