« Very clean and the hosts were wonderful! Perfect spot in Sanford and near everything we wanted to do. »

« Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. »

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them. »

« Overall, this was a positive hotel experience. The lobby was clean and stylish. Check-in staff were courteous and helpful. We were given a free upgrade to the club floor, which was very quiet, a nice perk for a restful night. The beds were comfortable. I had ground hats for cleanliness because a couple of small things in the room were not cleaned well, like drink rings on the dresser and something had been spilled on the small table in the room from a previous guest and was not cleaned before we...
