« The customer service was friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The lobby was cute and smelled nice.
Negative points:
The breakfast was downright awful. There was little to no options in terms of what to eat. It was self-service with nothing hot. There was 3 types of cereal (Cheerios, Shredded wheats and a green colored cereal) There was a waffle maker however, and it was bland. The creamer looked old and I was nervous to use it for coffee.
In the room, the toilet was not...

« The shuttle service is perfect: quick and convenient, 24h.
The breakfast was delicious, hot wafles, omelettes and toasts, among others.
The check out is at noon, which makes it much easier than the usual 11h am.
Our only problems were with the special requests we had made through expedia that had not been checked by the hotel, so we had no baby crib and no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived.
