« The mattresses are hard and the pillows are inconsistent..some have no support at all and collapse to the bed or some have full feathers in them. Either why. I enjoyed my stay and will be back. »

« Pas de petit dejeuner, juste cafe dans le hall, rien aux environs, juste au bord d'une route tres fréquentée, tres mal insonorise, pas de cafetière dans la chambre, chambre propre. A 15mn de stone mountain. »

There were underwear and socks under the bed and the face sink started to clog at first use. The bath tub was dirty and hairs were seen in several places. « I got charged for a $100 smoking fee after I quit my room. I am not a smoker plus I was alone in my room so it cannot be a bad joke... I sent my complaint through Holiday Inn which never responded by email so contacted the hotel directly. Hotel tenant Mary confirmed the fee, she was not willing to believe myself. Her answer was: I can give you a receipt for your company if you wish... great, thanks. Never again. »
