The home is close to the beach, walk across the street and down a bit. There are views of the ocean from the front porch and front of the house. This may all change when the empty lot across the street is built on though. And there is a lot of new construction going on right now! We struggled to get to the actual beach because of the dunes that had been built up. Soft sand! Perhaps that was done after the last big storm? The linens were rough, sheets and towels, but there seemed to be enough for the six ladies there. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms! This is something we have always had provided, those small hotel bars. Not here. The stairs are hard to manage carrying stuff. Our ladies group ranged from 47-70, with half over 62. The pans in the kitchen were in bad shape, the frying pan rusted. The living room furniture was uncomfortable to sit on to watch tv and our age group does watch in the evenings. There was plenty of covered parking and a grill we used for steaks. The consensus was that it was not the worst of place we have rented for our bi-annual trips but it was not great. We will not rent this home again. I expect for a younger crowd it would be fine.
