As the name suggests, this beautiful condo overlooks special sea views. Professionally decorated, the interior of Sea Watch 1003 displays an open-concept layout and continued ocean and city views. When you aren't hanging out on the living room's soft sofa, sip on something sweet on the bay-view, wrap-around balcony.

Elegant and modernly equipped, the kitchen features granite countertops, premium stainless steel appliances, and fully-equipped kitchenware to serve up sumptuous meals. Curated for restful slumber, the condo's bedrooms are equally lovely. The primary bedroom boasts a workstation, balcony access, and an en suite bathroom. Don't forget that every aspect of your beach needs is included with items like a cooler, buggy, beach mats, and boogie boards.

Outside of your retreat, the on-site perks continue in the form of shared pools, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, a fitness center, and a game room. Within minutes of Sea Watch 1003, explore Northside Park, Fenwick Island State Park, Embers Island Mini Golf, Freeman Arts Pavilion, and the area's numerous eateries, shops, and of course, beaches.

Things to Know
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This condo features a den/sunroom with pocket doors that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
