  • Welcome to "Salty Beach!"

    Recently renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath BEACHFRONT condo.Wake up in the morning and see the ocean through your bedroom window! Bedrooms and living room have blackout shades and smart TVs. Each bathroom is equipped with a walk in spa-like shower. The kitchen has beautiful new white cabinets, quarts countertops, and new appliances and the oven is also an air fryer!

    Located at the east end of OIB where the beach is wide thanks to the recent beach re-nourishment project. Low tide on the east end is the perfect time to go shelling! Or set up your chairs and umbrellas and relax while you wait for the Sunset Slush Italian Ice cart to come rolling by.

    OIB Town Center Park has a splash pad, walking trails, playground,and bocce court. In the summertime, the park hosts movie nights and outdoor concerts. And there are numerous restaurants and places for sweet treats.

Close to beach!

We enjoyed our weekend in this home. A few items were not ready when we arrived, but they were addressed and fixed quickly. Great views and right on the beach! This was a clean, great place to stay.

We had a great week at the beach! The property was perfect for our family of four. Everything inside was new and updated and just as pictured, very comfortable living space! Easy beach access. The pool was great too. Would come back and stay again!

The condo was nice. The views were beautiful. Recommend adding a full body mirror somewhere. We had discussed early check in, and unfortunately we were not able to check in until about 445 which was a little frustrating (we called and texted the host multiple times, and she got back after about an hour). We felt the bed and pillows were not very comfortable (to each their own), and my husband did kill 3 roaches during our stay (which I know sometimes happens in warmer climates). Overall would stay again!

Very nice!! place to stay, clean and easy axcess to the beach. I will be back in touch for future vacations. First time we have ever been to Ocean Isle Beach. Enjoyed it very much, for our 40th anniversary. Excellent accommmodations.

The property is very nice, clean, and felt safe. We could see the beach/ocean from our bedroom window & balcony, which was relaxing. Our host answered messages right away and was very helpful! Our only recommendations would be to add a full-length mirror in one or both bedrooms and it would have been nice for the sheets to already be on the bed (so we wouldn't have to put them on the first night of our stay). Overall, we really liked this location and would stay here again!

Beautiful beach condo

We had a great time staying here! The condo was on the second floor (top floor) of the complex so we had a great view and breeze from the beach. There isn’t an elevator so you need to be able to climb 2 flight of stairs. The condo is a block away from a public beach access. My family loved heading to the pool after the beach. The blackout shades were very helpful during naptime for my toddler. We would definitely return!

Fabulous

Had a great time as we were celebrating our 41st anniversary. The condo was just like it was last year awesome. Everything was clean and comfortable,liked it very much. Great views of the beach and complex. If I could make one suggestion a recliner would be nice, but don't sacrifice the comfortable couch. We do plan on coming again next year. Hopefully my dates will be available. Thanks again

It was a very nice condo. Very clean, decor was not typical cliche beach and spectacular view. The beach was right there and sitting on the back porch in the morning with a cup of coffee was heaven. Great find

We've been visiting OIB for almost a decade, and finding this condo was a blessing. The owner was very communicative and very pleasant to chat with. This condo captures the beach from many angles and is clearly updated with modern decor. Our family of 4 will certainly be back with the positive experience of this rental.

Ready to plan our next trip back!

The property was amazing. We cannot say enough nice things about it. It was cleaned beautifully, had a great location, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We had a small issue upon arrival but within 5 minutes of messaging the property owner, maintenance was there to fix the issue. Amazing customer service! Would recommend to everyone!

Great Long Weekend Retreat

Our family of 5 spent three nights in early March, and it was exactly the relaxing vacation we needed. Everything inside the rental is brand new and the 2 bedrooms where perfect for all of us. Our girls loved the bunkbeds. From the door to beach is probably a two minute walk and very convenient. It's a very private area of the beach, so even in the summer, you will have your pick of where you want to set up on the beach. Victoria is a great host, quickly replied to our messages, and checked-in with us during our stay. My only recommendation is to consider adding some lamps to either the master bedroom or living room for reading at night instead of having to leave the overhead lights on. Overall, we had a great trip and would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you!
