Dieses Ferienhaus befindet sich am Strand und verfügt über Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Whirlpool oder Grillmöglichkeiten. Dieses Ferienhaus hat 7 Schlafzimmer und bietet dir einen kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang sowie ein Schlafsofa. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank und einem Ofen ausgestattet, als gewisse Extras findest du aber auch einen Privatpool und einen Kamin vor.

Beautiful week at the beach!
House was a great place for our family for the week! Great location and views were spectacular. Right on the beach. You were able to see beach and family members playing in the ocean from the porch. Pool was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Lots of toys,floats,chairs provided Night time fishing was a blast! Communication with the owner was excellent.

Our family gathers every year at OIB. We have never repeat stayed at the same house mostly because the experience was not favorable.Not the case with this home. We LOVED the home and the hosts were absolutely great to work with. While he house is older, it is well maintained and has everything you could possibly need for a great experience. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals for a large group, including a hi-chair for our 5 month grandchild. Pool and beach toys, umbrellas, chairs. Beds are comfortable, linens provided. Great location on the less busy east end. After 32 years of visits, this will be the first house we "repeat" stay.

Family vacation
We had a wonderful stay with 11 people, ages from 10 to 71. Wonderful porches to overlook the ocean. The pool was spectacular! Plenty of pool items there. All the kitchen stuff you need. Convenient location to a Publix and to activities on the island itself. We had a great time!

Serenity in the rain
What a lovely house, and perfect for our needs. There were 11 of us and lots of space to relax and spread out. We were there for only a weekend, and although it rained, we still got plenty of walks in and the beach was almost empty. Jamie was excellent to work with. All TVs worked with no problem, plenty of games. Plenty of kitchen stuff too!! Very comfortable beds. I forgot to get the name of the mattress in the King bedroom on the Left. I want one! No complaints other than maybe a freshen up with new accent pillows is suggested for the outside porch chairs, but the season has yet to begin. Can't wait to go back! K& D Cates, Charlotte, NC. :)

Good for a large group, but would not return
The beachfront access and many bedrooms/bathrooms for our group of 9 adults and 9 kids was great. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, cooking supplies & the extra fridge was helpful. The hot tub was the main attraction for the kids since the pool heater only worked for half a day for us and it was still chilly and cloudy a good bit of our stay. We weren’t satisfied with the cleanliness of the house and linens provided. Even on the day of arrival it looked like the house needed a good deep clean. Some of the outdoor areas look like they’re overdue for maintenance. There were tons of extra towels and pillows, but no extra blankets and poorly fitting bedding in several of the rooms. I was most disappointed in the communication with the host. I got the arrival day email the day after we arrived. We weren’t told ahead of time that we needed to give notice to have the pool heated, but then told the day of arrival when I requested it that they needed a week’s notice. That was resolved the same day, but it worked for less than 24 hours. It often took 12 hours for me to get a response from the host. This was in the Vrbo app which was glitchy, so that could have had something to do with it. We did get a later checkout of 12 pm with no extra fee which made packing up with a bunch of kids much less stressful. Next time I would pay more if necessary for a better maintained property!

Don’t Pass This House Up
From the minute we arrived we felt it was going to be a great week. The house is beautiful but more importantly comfortable, from the beds to all the places to sit andwatch or simply listen to the waves crashing on the shore. We have stayed at other places that have said “a well stocked kitchen” and have found anything but however this kitchen is so very well stocked. If you are a group that prepares meals, you are set. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we were all settled on our arrival day. We are a group that travel together twice a year and I am crossing my fingers that we can return this fall or next spring. It was a bit chilly but the pool was so inviting. I know it can be so difficult to pick the perfect place when planning a vacation but let me save you a bit of doubt and tell you, don’t pass this place up, we had a wonderful week! Thank you to the owners for sharing their most comfortable home.

You feel like you are on the beach when you sit on the deck!
Our family loved this house! The pool is fabulous and the beach is SO close.
We also appreciated the pool and beach toys- we had many pool volleyball tournaments- and all the spices provided so we didn’t have to bring our own.

Very good house, great location!
We stayed at this property along with 4 other families, for a total of 10 adults and 5 children (from 2-9) during Memorial Day week. It was our first time for this group to stay in Ocean Isle Beach, and overall we were very happy with both the house and the location.
The house has some wear on it, but overall was very nice, and the location was great with just a short walk to a stretch of beach that was never too crowded. The pool area was nice, as was the ample deck space. There was plenty of room for 15 people, with multiple places where people could get away if necessary. Also, the owners were very responsive, including to a few small maintenance issues we had, which were all addressed within 24 hours or less.
The house has accumulated plenty of books, games, toys, beach chairs, etc. over the years, but much of it is aging and a lot of it should be cleaned up and updated. Also, there were a few things that just didn't work, including the deck lights, which would've made the outside area that much cozier in the evening.
Overall, this house is highly recommended and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Perfect Location, Great House, Elevator Did Not Work
The house and location are fantastic. The house has all the amenities you need. Communication with the owner was good, she always got back quickly prior and during our stay. The house gets a ton of use and there is some wear and tear in the main areas (ex: kitchen floor, deck furniture) but overall very good. Our primary issue was the elevator did not work during our stay and traveling with a 75 year old who is handicapped made that a real issue. The owner did her best to fix it , but never could get it done during our stay. My issue was not that she did not try to fix it, but her response to the issue. Response 1 on day one was for me to call VRBO and find another place and she would refund night 1 and not charge for the rest of the stay. Response two after we chose to stay (no other options than to go home) was to refund us $1K (6%). I felt 6% was not fair given the trouble is caused and asked for 25% of the entire stay refunded. The response I got was "cant do that, if you left I could of rented to someone else". I then asked for how to get the $1K refund she offered and have yet to get a response or be refunded after 3 weeks. I know she did the best she could to fix the issue, I do not think the service recovery that she offered equaled the significance of the problem. To rent a house for over $15K a week due to location and amenities and not have one of the key amenities work deserves a better solution than what she offered. No refund to date received.

This home was everything we hoped for in a vacation house. Great location, practical layout, clean, pool was perfect for kids and adults, well stocked with anything you would need and views are perfect! Hope to rent again next year! Thank you!
