« The cabin was so cozy, hot tub was relaxing, host was quick with responses and home had everything we needed! The creek in backyard was beautiful especially with the fallen snow and the horses across the street were absolutely stunning and made for great pictures!! »

« The hand mixer didn't work, the filter in fridge needed changing, the iron didn't work and the ironing board wouldn't stay up. They didn't leave enough towels, 14 and we had 18 people. Other than that it was wonderful, very clean! »

« Loves this location. Easily one of the cleanest and well put together houses we've stayed at. Things actually worked. Actually had utensils and tools needed for cooking. The only issue we had was resolved within a few hours l, and that's with the owners being out of the country. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!! »

« Great location!!! Easy to find and close to Athens and plenty of places to hike. We had a little trouble with the hiking trail behind the caving. It’s not clearly marked, and we ended up abandoning the trek midway. We also found a few teeny ticks, so anyone heading down make sure you protect yourself and your dogs. Speaking of dogs- there was a bit of an issue with that as well- the previous renter must’ve had a big dog with them, because there were some MASSIVE poo piles in the front yard....

« Ryan was a super host! He was accommodating to our needs beyond what any other host would do! The place was perfect for our family (8 adults, 4 kids and the dog). The hot tub was definitely a big hit with the kids. The barn was the perfect spot to celebrate a big birthday, not to mention the wonderful singing on the karaoke stage. I definitely recommend staying here and hope we can go back in the future! Thanks Ryan! »

« We loved the coziness of the tiny house. It had everything we need and the view from every window was great. We were here in November past the time for colorful foliage but that made no difference. The bare trees and sky behind was beautiful. Ian and Megan were great hosts, available if we were in need. Thanks so much. »

« It was a great place. We enjoyed the privacy and we had a blast just hanging out in the yard and burning wood. It’s close to all of the trails so we did a hike every day and then came back and relaxed in the hot tub and cook dinner »
