„First. The owner was great. I had a situation arise and she allowed me to book short notice. Then she communicated with me any time i would reach out. It is the second floor of the duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I had 6 kids staying with me for a basketball tournament and had plenty of room. The 2 showers wwre a life saver. „The house was quirky and had some rustic charm, but the property is not well maintained. There were spiderwebs and dust everywhere. The dishwasher and garbage disposal were broken. The cues for the pool table had the tips broken off. The air conditioning units worked well in most of the bedrooms, but were loud and did not sufficiently cool the entire house. There was plenty of room for each couple (3) to have their own king bedroom and en-suite as well as an additional full bathroom for the others to use when an en-suite wasn’t available/the older adults were asleep.
