« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« Between Expedia themselves being completely unhelpful, useless and wasting hours of my time, and the property manager, whoever they are- just save yourself the stress and headaches and DO NOT stay at this property until they get their.. stuff figured out. Absolutely ridiculous to say the least. Horrible experience all around. »
