„It's all good until something doesn't work. We've been here many times. 2014, 2016, 2021 and now 2025, just to see the hotel deteriorate. The elevators are either broken, have semi-open panels that let you see the cabling and electronics on the inside, or make very concerning noises. „Tolles Hotel mit exzellentem Service! Wir waren mit der Familie dort (Kind 4 Jahre), hatten alle eine tolle Zeit und wurden vom immer hilfbereiten Personal umsorgt! Die Region Nuevo Puerto Vallarta hat noch viel von seinem ursprünglichen Charm erhalten, d.h. um die Hotels herum gibt es glücklicherweise noch sehr viel Natur/Dschungel etc. Ich hoffe das die Region es schafft diesen Zustand zu erhalten und nicht alles gnadenlos dem Tourismus zum Opfer fällt...Weniger ist Mehr! Stadt&Umgebung sind ...

„We spent 5 wonderful nights at the Azul Ixtapa, the pool area for kids is ine of the nicest we've had. One of the strongest points of this resort is the super friendly and helpful staff. If you travel with kids, and can, book a Junior Suite. You'll have lots of space, and a beautiful view. They just provide water in the room, it would be really nice if they could put some drinks in the fridge.“

"Wir bekamen ein Zimmer welches nur Fenster zu einen Flur hatte. Diese ließen sich nicht öffnen und in diesem Zimmer hat es sehr muffig gerochen. Gegen Mehrpreis $360,00 bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Generell ist das Hotel eine schöne Anlage aber auch schon sehr abgewohnt. Es gibt keine USB Ladeeinrichtungen die eigentlich Standard sein sollte. Das Essen ind den beiden Lokalen ist nicht schlecht aber auch nichts besonderes (normaler All in Standard) Die Poolanlage und die Poolbar sind sehr schön. Das Personal ist meistens freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Damen am Empfang der Lokale könnten etwas freundlicher sein."
