« Room clean, rust in shower. Faucet for the shower was half out and the handle wouldn’t stay in place. pool had so many leaves and bugs in it like it hadn’t been maintained in a few days. »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« Room was good, bath tub faucet dripped. Hot water in shower was not as hot as the bathroom sink, which was disappointing. Facility itself was clean and pool was clean with comfortable chairs at poolside. Breakfast was a disappointment, (this trip was our second time staying at the facility), back in October breakfast included Sausage and Eggs. This trip those were omitted from the breakfast menu.😔 At this time, not sure there will be a third stay at the facility. »

« Price was very good for our stay. Liked that it was close to restaurants and shopping. »

« Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower. »

« Friendly staff all around, well kept property and beautiful view. Great options for family activities all around. Cottage had everything we needed, and then some. »

« Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future! »

« Newer place and it was close to shop La and foods. They don’t clean your room entail after 4 days but will gladly give you more towels. Gulf Shore and Orange beach are roughly 20 minutes or so. »
