Nhow Lima nailed it — sleek design, spacious rooms, unbeatable Miraflores location, and a breakfast spread that stole the show. Comfortable stay, cool hotel, zero complaints.

Saubere, grosse, neue Zimmer.

Beautiful family-run hotel in the historic centre of Cusco. We felt very comfortable and would have loved to stay longer.

Staff very friendly and welcoming, we even received a free chocolate cake for our National Day, which I'd have never expected that they would check these things about the origin country of their guests! What a nice surprise!
Generally they were very attentive to make sure we have a pleasant stay, also at the bar or the breakfast, which was rich with buffet and a la carte options.
Some little things were broken (elevator or parts of the bathtub), but otherwise it was perfect.

An absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish! The hotel is in a perfect location, beautifully designed, and offers a spectacular breakfast that exceeded all expectations. The crew is truly lovely – warm, attentive, and always ready to help. I especially appreciated the possibility of early check-in, which made my arrival so much more comfortable. A place I would happily return to again and again!
