« Amazing front counter staff! Very clean room and overall very clean hotel. Walking distance to alot of places. Restaurant was not great service. Very slow we watched 2 people walk out. »

« Le matelas n'était pas très confortable, et la cuisine pas si bien équipé. L'hotel n'est pas neuf neuf. Le reste est très bien. »

« Le lit était très confortable et très grand même pour 2 personnes. Salle de bain un peu petite néanmoins, la baignoire est sympa pour prendre des bains. Super shampoing et après-shampoing aussi. Le café proposé était très bon ! Petit bémol : Les bouteilles d'eau payantes dans la chambre. Autant les enlever ou à défaut, ajouter un mini-bar. »

« The vibes and ambiance of this room were so nice! The decor was lovely, and the living room area was separated nicely from the bedroom. Very nice bathroom as well, would stay again! »

« This hotel was beautiful the beds were so comfortable the staff was friendly and very helpful it's located in a central location easy to walk to all other areas the TriMet was right at the corner to hop on so you can visit anything all over Portland »

« La chambre etais impeccable. Le personnel tres professionel. Tres belle hotel pour le prix. Le seul bémole etais qu'il n'y avait pas de café le matin .ni dans la chambre ,ni dans l'espace acceuil. Sinon j'aurrais mis un 5 etoiles »

« Bel hôtel, personnel avenant et séjour agréable, avec un rooftop tres appréciable. Le problème, c'est le quartier qui apparaît comme peu sûr. Cette remarque est valable pour Portland en lui-même, un sentiment anxiogène lié a la présence de nombreux drogués qui marchent ou squattent dans les rues. Dommage pour cette ville »

« Second time staying here, a pleasant experience overall. Checking in was a bit annoying, since only the bartender could do the process, and he was unfortunately swamped with bar customers for a while. Not sure why another staff member couldn't take care of the process. Other than that, clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. Noise from the shows below isn't so bad, although noise from other guests in the hallways in the mornings can be a bit much, but not unexpected given the layout...
