House was great. Master TV didn't work. Called company and it was replaced immediately. Then the coffee maker didn't fully work (it was a combo, so the Keurig side worked) and we were sent a replacement immediately. I will say while we were there the management company was very available, but I had asked a question 3 times and called 2x to ask about cable, or steaming, or Internet service and I never received an answer. We figured it all out once we arrived, but it would've been nice for a simple reply.
