We were in town for 14 days as I had pre-op appointments and surgery at Mayo Clinic. On arrival, other than a couple of hiccups on garage parking and gate access, we found the apartment. It was conveniently located on the first floor and had a small patio. It was clean and well-stocked with the necessities. While there could have been more comfortable furniture, it was cozy enough, and we spent a lot of time inside after my surgery. Location was perfect with Mayo Clinic approximately 1 mile away and all manner of grocery, department, fuel, restaurants conveniently close to the complex. Communication with the owner was easy and responses were timely received. We would recommend this owner and location and would stay here again.
