« What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....

« Sweet little place at a fair price. It could have deserved 5/5 rating, however it have a few cons such as no reserved parking (need to park in the street), no living/family room to chill out, relax and watch TV and finally while the appartement where very clean overall, there's two old couch/chair in the hallway than smell very bad and needs to be deeply cleaned. »

« My family was planning a New England fall trip, but we also wanted to check out some of the Massachusetts Coast. We landed on Rockport and wanted to have a comfortable place to lay our heads at night. Once we arrived, the location was very easy to find with the use of the hosts guide and very detailed videos. There was an issue with the electronic lock to get into the home, but this was very quickly resolved thanks to the hosts quick response. Once we got into the home, everything was very clean...
