„The house was set back from the main house and the main road. This house was one of 3 mews, recently built at the back of the main house with an access road leading up to the mews. Parking wasn't a problem.The house was very warm with toilet and basin downstairs and a bathroom with both bath tub and shower upstairs. „We needed a last minute booking in the South of UK. Location was great but arriving in afternoon to a very cold not heated place was not welcoming at all and very uncomfortable. We had no instructions on how to put heating on and could not understand how the thermostats worked. We tried to contact owners but only had a reply the next morning after a very long cold night.
