« This is our second time staying at this beautiful property and we are thrilled once again. The location is ideal – both the old towns of AlcĂșdia and Pollença are within easy reach. The beaches of both towns are also less than 10 minutes away by car.The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is lovingly maintained and in good condition. « Lovely location looking over the main plaza where the market & fiestas are. 5 min walk to beach & harbour. Surrounded by good resturants & pubs. The flat was very spacious with a fab roof terrace. Can be loud music on weekend evening but music stops at 1am & silent following. I definitely would go again. »

« We stayed last year and found it very basic. This year no change, very tired uncomfortable outdoor furniture absolutely no effort to update. shower curtain yuk! And shower heads don’t stay on wall. Also when I got back I was horrified to see there had been a burglary last year I would never have stayed with my family if I’d known. We won’t be going back »

« Great location (15 minute walk to Port / beach). Villa was well equipped (especially the kitchen). Very spacious, comfortable beds. Shops nearby. Outside area was compact but with lots of spaces to sit / eat and a smallish but clean pool. Highly recommended »

« The furniture (sofa) needs cleaning. The shower curtain was disgusting, moldy. I mentioned it the host. Can't be that much to replace a shower curtain, especially for what we paid for the place. There is a roach problem, thankfully they did have roach spray under the sink. Its a central location, walkable to beaches and restaurants, and grocery stores. No parking from unit but not too difficult to find street parking. »

"Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour, appartement propre et confortable pour 6 nuits malgrĂ© une salle de bain qui mĂ©riterait un petit rafraĂźchissement, balcon avec une vue sur la montagne, canapĂ© confortable et petite cuisinette, l’accueil a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sympathique et chaleureux, les explications nous ont Ă©tĂ© donnĂ©es sur papier en français ce qui a beaucoup facilitĂ© le dialogue. Le restaurant italien vaut le dĂ©tour un dĂ©lice
 on s’est senti chez nous pendant une semaine. Parking gratuit et toujours de la place pour se garer. On a profitĂ© d’une journĂ©e pluvieuse pour aller au spa. Les piscines extĂ©rieures en septembre sont presque dĂ©serte ce qui est trĂšs agrĂ©able pour un bain de soleil sur les transats mais l’eau Ă©tait trop fraĂźche pour nous qui sommes assez frileux. "
