GENTILLESSE et PROFESSIONALISME du Personnel

An absolute gem! At first glance it does not look like a four star hotel but finally it deserves being one: the personnel is definitely first class, the room (201) is very comfortable with an excellent bed and an original and convenient layout, the large windows are perfectly isolated from the (moderate) noise of the street and from the daylight, the 24/7 coffee and tea self service is a good idea even though we would have preferred a Nespresso machine in our room. And finally the rooftop is a fantastic feature where we enjoyed sunsets with food from across the street. The area is very nice and safe, with many metro and bus stations around and plenty of restaurants, several of them where the hotel gets you discounts.

It looks like it has been designed by Phillippe Starks! We loved the high cealing, the huge glass shower, the lobby, the mini bar, Karl Lagerfeld soaps, top quality bed and linen. Incredible ventilation. Original windows. Next time, we will enjoy that awesome pool in the summer, and we will try the rooftop bar.

I was charged an extra 39$US fee for coffee, wifi and water… for the price that I payed for my stay is not worth it … any other hotel offers it for free.
