„Unfortunately, it seemed that the property had not been accessed for a while. The screen door to the porch was jammed and couldn't be opened to get to the front door. Winter supplies were propped against it. The shed had multiple broken window panels and the side door padlock was also inaccessible and I could see broken blinds. The host company doesn't have after hours support so there was no option to access the house.“

„When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. „Overall cleanliness was fine, bath mats in bathrooms were not clean. Covered in hair and dirt, very gross. Was not able watch anything on the tv apps without needing a parental code, which the property manager could not tell us. I had to sign into my own apps on the tv. So just be prepared for that. “
