« When I checked in the front desk did not register my vehicle which resulted in a parking ticket on my windshield in the morning. When I called and asked about it, front desk person was matter of fact and not pleasant. I had to pay the ticket from a QR code. Would have been much nicer if this was taken care of at check in. I had 2 incidental charges on my credit card. When I called, front desk was almost rude. Room was great! »

« Room were Clean and they were very nice at the hostess station summ What? What we would suggest is that they put umbrellas outside by the pool cause it was very difficult finding shade »

« The hotel is located in a very nice area, which is walkable, and lots of restaurants. The property is beautiful, staff is professional and welcoming, and the rooms are clean, a great size, with great bathrooms. I was very happy with the selection of this property. And, the breakfast selections were wonderful- including the addition of Greek yogurt - not just the sugary ones😁 »

« Staff was amazing. I had an incident with my health. They made sure i had what i needed and manager even called to check on me the next day. »

« The room was great, I was on the 5th floor and the view was nice. It was quiet and smoke free. The young man at the desk was very friendly and immensely helpful with questions. He suggested a great place for dinner as well. The music from the nearby jamboree?!? Was terrible until about 11 but the stay was great. »

« Sería muy bueno que cuando se tratara de un Hotel que no va a ser las habitaciones diario, lo pusieran antes de qué uno haga la reservación como parte de lo que ofrece el Hotel porque fue horrible tener que estar tratando con un personal bastante desatento para que nos hicieran la habitación, la cual no hacían si no se los pedía a uno la dejaban sin hacer. »
