Unsere luxuriöse Villa, direkt am Wasser auf der wunderschönen Insel OrlĂ©ans gelegen, ist 15 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Quebec City entfernt. Sie werden von der spektakulĂ€ren Aussicht auf den Sankt-Lorenz-Strom und der GemĂŒtlichkeit in allen unseren Zimmern beeindruckt sein.

Dieses Haus ist groß genug fĂŒr 40 Personen in Betten. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche.

Mit einer voll ausgestatteten KĂŒche bietet die Villa Platz fĂŒr bis zu 50 GĂ€ste in unserem großen Ballsaal und ist somit der ideale Ort fĂŒr GeschĂ€ftstreffen, private Hochzeiten oder Familientreffen.

Die Residenz ist außerdem mit einem 15-Personen-Whirlpool ausgestattet, der das ganze Jahr ĂŒber geöffnet ist, einem Billardtisch, einer Hochzeitssuite mit therapeutischem Bad und Multi-Jet-Dusche, einem Glasdach, einem Steinkamin und einem beheizten Pool ($). von Mai bis September und eine KĂŒche mit zentraler Insel.

Catering-Service, Hochzeitsdekor, Audio-Video-AusrĂŒstung, Projektor, alles ist vorhanden, um Ihre Veranstaltungen zu erleichtern.

Great property with great location!

The Villa was a great place for a large group! We are a large family and the Villa was a perfect fit for us. We look forward to going back another time, maybe in the summer next time to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and the sunrises and sunsets on the St Lawence River!

70th Birthday Celebration

9 USA women celebrating our 70th birthday, we’ve been friends since high school. The property was conveniently located to Old Town Quebec City and popular tourist attractions in addition to being within a 1/2 drive of YQB. The 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms were important to our group. We appreciated the fully stocked bathrooms to include hair dryers! The kitchen was very well stocked and nicely appointed. The home has a beautiful view of the St. Laurence River and we enjoyed the pool and the well manicured backyard. Our host Nadine was quick to address our few minor issues. We have great memories of our 70th Birthday celebration in 2024. Merci Beaucoup!

Excitement to Disappointment!!

We had planned to celebrate my wife’s 80th birthday with family and friends in Quebec City, Canada We booked the trip almost two years ago. We were so excited to all getting together. We were filled with excitement,that soon turned to disappointment. The condition of the property was not what the website photos showed. I think that your company should visit and inspect this property. We were assured ( 2days earlier) that the property had working air conditioners. One of the bedrooms was like a sauna! One of the bedrooms had a urine smell. The complete “chefs” kitchen was not as equipped as promised. The hot water kettle had mold in the bottom of it. The hand mixer that was there had four beater attachments, but only one fit the mixer,which made it useless. The kitchen knives were POOR Quality and could barely cut bread! There were burnt out light bulbs, electrical outlets that didn’t work. Part of the ceiling had fallen out. We were told that the master bedroom was on the first floor, it is in the basement,that you have to use a steep narrow DANGEROUS spiral staircase to access the bedroom. When we told the host that there weren’t any paper towels,she had some delivered,only to remove some later, I think she thought we were using Too much paper towels. There were12 adults and 3 children in the home! The SPA had jets that didn’t work and the cover needs to be replaced. Buyer Beware!!

A beautiful location

We enjoyed our time at the villa. The river, the ships passing, the people kayaking and sailboarding were great to watch. The pool and hot tub were refreshing and soothing. Eating outside by the water was a favorite activity. The ensuite bedrooms were a huge hit with our family. And the kitchen was so well-laid out for multiple people AND the foil, plastic wrap, paper towels, toilet paper and coffee were so appreciated. The description on the vrbo website about the beauty of the location is absolutely true. The photos of the property show as bright, pristine and in it’s glory time: you do not see the aged condition of the property which needs some care and updating. However, none of this detracted from our experience. Our 2 star rating for check-in is due to a delay of entry because cleaners were not done causing 6:30 p.m. entry rather than 5 p.m. Nadine, the host is highly responsive and we would recommend staying here.

Old Quebec City in 15 minutes yet a quiet setting

Property was as advertised. Enjoyed the views. More than enough room for 13 adults and 2 children. The kids loved having bunk beds and their own room. Beds were comfortable. Good kitchen and dining set up. Peaceful atmosphere. Host was reachable and helpful.

Beautiful and functional home

Our group had a lovely stay. The home has beautiful views of the water with fantastic outdoor covered seating. The heated pool and hot tub are nice! The beds and rooms were all comfortable and the kitchen was very functional for the chef we brought in to prepare dinner one evening. The host was very responsive and helpful. Love place.

Quebec Island Retreat

Our family of 20 ranging in age from 7 - 61 had a fabulous time at Nadine's place. The accommodations were very comfortable, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the large dining room that could seat our large group. We have rented many houses before and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you could need. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with all ages. The view is unparalleled, just gorgeous. We rode bikes around the island ( though not for the children with many cars on the road), enjoyed the shops, wineries, bakeries, and the amazing strawberries and blueberries! The proximity to Quebec City, the falls, and beautiful national parks are a big plus as well, There were some aging house maintenance issues, though Nadine was very responsive and was able to address what she could right away. This did not take away from our enjoyment of the house and we would recommend it highly to other groups.

Adequate but overpriced

Our family reunion of 14 people enjoyed the space, view, and location. The house could use an update (appliances, plumbing, carpet, paint) but overall met our needs. We were unimpressed with communication with the owner, cleanliness of a few specific areas, and value for the high cost. I would recommend this house for a much larger group with lower standards.

Multigenerational family reunion

So much space, clean, fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous views from pool, hot tub & living room. Great hub for family reunion to visit Quebec City & Ile d’Orleans.

50th Anniversary reunion

In spite of unsettled weather most of the week we had a wonderful time. All appreciated the pool and hot tub plus spacious living and bed rooms. The little ones enjoyed watching the ships go up and down the St Lawrence. Great kitchen, fully equipped! Quiet and secluded; Wonderful facility for a large group! We would highly recommend this house for a large group!

Great family week!

We were at this property for 1 week with our children and grandchildren,. We had a wonderful time, both on the island and in Old Quebec City. Most shops and wineries etc on the island were still closed for the season, but we managed to find some gems that were open. Nadine was a gracious and friendly host. Communication went well all along, exception with checkin time when we were unable to make contact. We had an average of 25 people there each day. That was about perfect for the dining room. It was a little tight for lounging and relaxing areas indoors, especially on rainy and cold days. Sleeping arrangements were excellent for our group. . Everyone appreciated the bathroom in each bedroom. The view out of the big window was constantly changing with the tides. We could watch the large boats and the kite surfers on the river from the large window. The hot tub was a hit too. Nadine found an excellent chef for us for the week. We made use of the local tennis court for pickle ball. Many of us went for early morning runs and/or walks in the evenings in the neighbourhood. Thank you Nadine, for a wonderful place to celebrate with our family!

September trip to Quebec City area

The house is so relaxing. The kitchen well stocked. The property manager found an excellent chef and tour guide for our group. It was a great place for our group reunion. Thank you!

Excellent Villa, Great host

We stayed in Nadine's villa for our March break ski trip, We skied at Le Massif and Mont St Anne, the drive to the hills were 1 hr(le massif) and 45 min(st Anne), not boring drive at all. Nadine's Villa was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the beautiful river view from living room. The kids loved the bunk bed setup in the basement, definitely highlight for them, for the years to come they will not remember our ski but the basement. Nadine was prompt to answer any questions we had, thank you Nadine for making sure our stay was pleasant. Our group is already talking about visit again in summer time.

What a wonderful place!

We were so amazed with the view and amenities of the property. Nadine was super helpful in answering our questions and went out of her way to follow up and ask how everything was going. We really appreciated how clean and crisp the whole place was as well as the countless appliances, cookware and utensils available. We will be definitely be returning! Thank you Nadine!

Absolutely what we needed

A great house and a great owner. Nadine was really reactive and proactive to attend any of our needs. This was a great extended week-end we spent with the kids and made great memories. Definitely a house we enjoyed to the fullest and will surely come back to.

Large house, lovely view of St. Lawrence

We had a nice stay at the house but it was far too big for just 6 of us. The pool and hot tub were heated, which is great if you want to use them but suggest you ask so that energy is not wasted. Kitchen reasonably well stocked. A fire pit by the river would be a great addition.
