« No drop down rail next to toilet and carpet in downstairs bedroom. Making it a bit awkward for full time wheelchair users. Had to move beds to get wheelchair next to one of them. »

« What an amazing place. It begins with an adventurous drive through the beautiful English countryside. You arrive to a scenic and traditional English country estate set amongst a flourishing vineyard. We stayed in the Oast House which has beautiful views of the estate. On top of being pristine, our accommodations it had everything we needed. Thank you to the hosts of this property. We had a wonderful stay. »

« Communication from the owners was poor right up until the day of check in. I made contact a few days before we were due to stay, to understand the process of check in. After reading my messages, they totally ignored them and we had to call the night before to make sure that our booking was actually in place. « We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience »

« The property itself was well located, quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately we received no check-in information until 3.45pm on the day of check-in, 45 mins AFTER the check-in time and despite multiple attempts to contact the owner/manager in the days before and on the day of check-in, via the email address and phone number provided. The lack of response was extremely stressful. »

« De verhuurder heeft geen instructies gestuurd over het inchecken. Bij aankomst was er ook niemand om ons te ontvangen. Diverse berichten verstuurd en proberen te bellen met de verhuurder, maar geen reactie. Gelukkig was de achterdeur open, zodat we toch nog binnen konden. Geen welkomstbriefjes of instructies of wat dan ook. Na verloop van tijd druppelden er steeds meer mensen binnen en werd ons duidelijk dat we het huisje moesten delen met 3 andere gasten en dat er slechts 2 slaapplaatsen voor...
