This home is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The decorating is lovely. Pretty much everything is there. Perfect number of bedroom suites. The pool was perfect for our 4 little ones. A nice outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. We loved that it’s close to everything. There’s lots to do near by. Renee and Chris respond to our texts right away. I highly recommend this gorgeous home.

The house is beautiful. The location is so walkable to the beach and restaurants and shops. The owners answered all of our questions and are so kind and thoughtful. The pool is a plus when we wanted to just veg at the house and still enjoy sunshine. Highly recommend staying there. You will be pleased.

Beautiful house and great location!

Chris and Renee were outstanding hosts! The house was absolutely beautiful, location was fantastic and the house was immaculate! My kids loved the pool (3&5) and we spent most our time enjoying the house and pool! Short walk to the beach (even with small kids in tow) and very close to restaurants, shops and activities. 10/10 would recommend staying here!!

Fenwick Family Time

The house was exceptional and my family loved it. Short walk to the beach and the salt water pool was wonderful for us . Ample parking and close to stores . Definitely would recommend this place . Owner also was great when contacted .

Premium in Fenwick

This was the second year we stayed in this beautiful home in Fenwick Island. It’s five bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, easily accommodated our gathering of 7. The easy walking distance to the beach was great, as was its walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The pool was great for refreshing after a day on ge beach.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. It was decorated so nicely and fit all of our needs. There were many spots that were walkable which was helpful with 3 littles. Great Fenwick Island House

We had a great time staying in Fenwick Island at this property. The house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. A nice touch was the bar area with a separate ice maker and wine fridge. I had brought our own vitamix blender for frozen margaritas but there is already a ninja blender (if I had asked, the hosts would have let me know, they were very responsive). We also really enjoyed the pool as well as the kayaks. Overall, we loved the locations, the house, and would definitely come back again in the future.

Beautiful Fenwick Home

If you're looking for a beautiful home in a great location, perfect for a quiet respite or a memorable family vacation this is your spot! All of the convenience of oc without being in oc. The homeowners clearly care about their home and their renters. The house is so well thought out and is nothing like your "typical" beach rental. Live plants throughout the home, well appointed, and with a fully stocked kitchen (no mismatched thrift/dollar store, teflon, uneven cooking pan here!) Would certainly come back!!

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The house is beautiful inside and out. The location is very convenient to the beach and the canal was great for paddle boarding. We loved having the pool to dip in and for the kids to play. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful to all of our questions and requests. Would love to visit again!!

Wonderful Fenwick Island Stay

This house is beautiful, and just as described. We especially liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished, with all the amenities provided. The pool, while on the smaller side, was a welcome addition after a hot day on the beach. The provided kayaks made for fun on the canal. We had two married couples, two 21 year old adults, one 18 year old adult, and a 15 year old, and there was plenty of room as well as privacy for all. Our hosts, Chris and Renee, were very accommodating and exceptionally responsive!

Great week in Fenwick!

We’ve been vacationing in Fenwick for 40+ years and have always rented through a local real estate firm. Decided to do something different this year and we are so happy that we did! Renee and Chris were wonderful hosts and their home is amazing. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the pool was just what we needed after long, hot days at the beach. Perfectly situated in Fenwick. We hope to be back again next year.

Family Fun at Fenwick

What a perfect place to stay in Fenwick! Renee and Chris were very gracious hosts- available at all times- accommodating and responsive to all inquiries. This home as well stocked- everything we needed to start our vacation. We felt safe and comfortable and home was spotless- accented with creative beachy decor. Pool was a cool/relaxing addition. Great Vacation, Excellent Host

The host Chris goes far above expectations to help ensure your vacation in Fenwick Island is relaxing and enjoyable. The home is well laid out to accommodate families with kids, the kitchen is stocked for preparing and serving big groups, the decorations are welcoming, and the pool extends long beach days and provides relief for kids during rainy days. We had a great time, and have already made arrangements for next summer!

Beautiful, well-appointed home that was thoughtfully done with all amenities and comforts. The house is also in a great location within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. Perfect Layout for a family

We stayed for the week. The house was brand new and the layout was great. Our group all loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool was clean and a good size for an after beach cocktail. The house has very tasteful decor. The kitchen and living room were carefully laid out and provided plenty of seating. The house is close to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby without too much nightlife around to wake up the children in our group. The host was also great and very helpful. Our entire group loved the house and would recommend it to families with young children as we had four ranging from 1 to 7 years old and they all had a great time too.

Beautiful Home / Great Location

Beautiful new home in a great location (3 blocks to the beach and restaurants/bars nearby). A nice (smaller) pool that heats up nicely in the afternoon. Kayaks to paddle in the canal and bay (private access directly from the property). The pool really was a game changer for us. The ocean was still a bit cold so it was great to be able to hang out at the pool, BBQ and have drinks on the days we didn't go to the beach. Highly recommend this home (and the host was very responsive).

This may be the nicest house in Fenwick! Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, has everything you need and more, the communication was impeccable, the location is awesome! Really couldn’t have asked for anything more! Can’t wait to be back!
